hoy posteo esto pork lo aprendi nomas jajaja
estuvo genial!! me baje un video... y estas instrucciones y lo hice!!!
pruebenlo si kieren:
1)Empeza con ambos pies juntos
2)Levanta la planta del pie derecho de modo que solo quede apoyado el metatarso y los dedos del pie en el suelo
3)Ahora desliza el pie izquierdo hacia atras(el cual debe estar chato contra el piso) sin mover el pie derecho
4)Ahora volve a apoyar contra el piso la planta del pie derecho,y levanta la del pie izquierdo
5)Desliza el pie derecho(el cual debe estar chato contra el piso) hacia mas atras de donde esta el pie izquierdo(sin k este se mueva)
6)Ahora practica hasta que esto te salga y repeti los pasos de arriba.
ahi ta!!! con eso lo aprendi...!
la verdad q esta era una de mis metas en mi vida...!! y ahora la sake de mi lista!:D
estoy feliz pork encima lo aprendi en 30 min.!!
kalen la tecnica y listo...es facil se ve mas dificil de lo q es!
